Warranty Policy

1. Duration

  • We offer a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase for all custom-made window blinds and curtains.

2. Coverage

  • Our warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship, and manufacturing faults such as fabric flaws, faulty mechanisms, and stitching issues.

  • This includes defects like malfunctioning chains, cords, or any faulty hardware.

3. Exclusions

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

  • Alterations, repairs, or modifications made by unauthorized third parties will void the warranty.

  • Damage caused by exposure to sunlight, moisture, or extreme temperature conditions is excluded.

4. Claim Procedure

  • To make a warranty claim, contact us at general@homeoutfit.co with the attachment of your invoice/cost estimate, a description of the defect, and photos if possible.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

5. Repair or Replacement

  • If your claim is valid, we will either repair or replace the defective product at no additional cost.

  • If the exact material or style is no longer available, we will offer a comparable product as a replacement.
