Where do you ship from?

All orders are made and shipped from our manufacturing base in Puchong, Malaysia.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Choose your country in the cart to see the exact shipping cost before you pay. If your country is not on the list, contact us and we will check whether we can deliver.

Where do you deliver, and how much does delivery cost?

We deliver to every state in Malaysia. Delivery is a flat RM50 per order to Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya and RM100 per order to every other state, however many blinds you order. Choose your state in the cart and you will see the exact charge before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

Production takes about 3 working days. After dispatch, tracked express delivery usually takes 2-9 business days depending on your destination and customs clearance. You will see an estimate for your country in the cart.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery. You can also check progress any time on our Track Order page using your order number and email.

What is my order number, and what if I lose it?

Your order number looks like HO-3FA29C. It is shown on the order confirmation page and in the confirmation email we send as soon as you pay. If you cannot find it, open the Track Order page and choose “I have lost my order number”. Enter the email address you used at checkout and we will email your order numbers to that address. Please check your spam folder too.

Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?

Import duties, VAT or GST and customs fees depend on your country and are set by your local customs authority. They are not included in our prices or shipping cost and are payable by the buyer on delivery. If you are unsure, check your country's rules for window blinds before ordering. How do I measure in centimetres or inches?

Use the cm / in switch on any product page and type your size in either unit. We produce to the exact size you enter. Our Measurement Guide shows how to measure for inside and outside mounts.

Can I install the blinds myself?

Yes. Installation is relatively easy with basic tools such as a drill, a level and a screwdriver, and our Measurement Guide explains inside and outside mounting. We only offer an installation service in Malaysia.

Do you provide installation services?

Yes, we provide installation in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Negeri Sembilan. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange it. If you would rather install the blinds yourself, it is relatively easy with basic tools such as a drill, a level and a screwdriver, and our Measurement Guide explains inside and outside mounting.
