2. Ordering and Measurements

• All products are made to your exact specifications. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate measurements for their blinds and curtains.

• We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

3. Customization and Production

• Once production has started, it cannot be altered or canceled due to the custom nature of our products.

• Production times may vary depending on the complexity of your order. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order placement.

4. Payment Terms

• 50% is due upon confirmation of the order. We accept bank transfer, cash, and credit card payments. The remaining balance payment is due upon completion of your custom made order, before delivery and installation services (if installation service applies).

• All prices are in MYR and include applicable taxes.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including images, text, designs, and graphics, is the property of Home Outfit and cannot be used without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any damages resulting from the incorrect installation, use, or handling of our products.

• In the event of a dispute, our maximum liability is limited to 50% of the product purchased.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from the purchase of our products will be resolved through mediation in Selangor. If mediation fails, legal proceedings will be handled in the courts of Selangor.

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of changes via email or through a notice on our website.
