Return Policy

1. Eligibility

  • As our products are custom-made to your specifications, returns are only accepted for defective items or if the product does not match your order.

  • Non-defective returns due to change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or color variations will not be accepted.

2. Time Frame

  • You have 3 days from the delivery date to notify us of any defects or discrepancies in your order.

3. Condition

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

4. Refund Process

  • If a return is approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, or store credit. Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 10-14 business days.

5. Return Shipping

  • For defective products, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For any other issues not caused by us, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
