Warranty Policy

• All Home Outfit products come with a 2-year warranty.
  
  
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues with mechanisms.
  
  
• The warranty does not cover:
  
  
  • Wear and tear from regular use
    
    
  • Misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage caused by the customer
    
    

Alterations or modifications not performed by Home Outfit

Returns & Refunds Policy

• All products sold by Home Outfit are custom-made and therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the item is received in a defective condition.
  
  
• In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify Home Outfit within 2 days of receiving the order.
  
  
• Upon verification, Home Outfit will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.
  

Cancellation & Order Modification Policy

• Customers may request changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placing the order.
  
  

After this period, production will have commenced. Any cancellation or modification beyond the 2-hour window will incur a RM100 processing fee.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

• All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 working days after order confirmation.
  
  
• Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of their delivery.
  
  

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination. Home Outfit is not liable for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.
